Health Director developed by Epic Digital is a fully integrated health management and medication adherence tool that enables individuals, family members, care workers, nurses, doctors and pharmacists to work together to assist customers in achieving better health outcomes.
For Customers
Health Director allows customers to access their medication information and assist with medication adherence with the touch of a button via a responsive web portal. Customers can manage their medication on a daily basis, they can record adherence at each time of the day, order new scripts or repeats, share their medication profile with their relatives or care givers, receive alerts when it’s time to take their medication, add additional reminders and non-prescription medications, order over the counter items, track their past adherence and run reports, view their prescription delivery time and contact the pharmacy directly.
For Pharmacy
The Health Director pharmacy system integrates with the pharmacy’s dispensing system to improve pharmacy workflow by allowing pharmacists to receive scripts electronically, manage repeats, manage customer profiles, manage notifications, edit and review medication profile, manage script and dispensing history, manage online orders (OTC), record interventions, manage job type and urgency, prioritise facilities/customers and communicate directly with the patient, carer, nurse or doctor.
For Facility
Health Director allows organisations and groups to facilitate care delivery to customers, providing real time pharmacy information access at the point of care.. Authorised personnel can access the Health Director portal to manage medication assistance, including recording and reporting on customer medication adherence saving time and improving safety. The system can be programed to manage a number of permission levels and adherence types. Health Director can also integrate with certain facility workflow management systems to allow seamless patient management.
For Doctors and Health Care Professionals
Authorised doctors and health care professionals can view adherence reports, run period based reporting, amend the patient profile record and alert the pharmacy, be reminded of patients expiring scripts and view any changes to the dispensed medication record.
Health Director is a securely encrypted system that uses a secure login system to ensure the customer’s data is collected and managed in a secure environment.
Medication Manager
Medication Manager, brought to you by Health Director, is a convenient and easy to use online tool which provides authorised parties with 24/7 access to real time pharmacy information. Services available include ability to view current medication profiles, create pharmacy orders, manage account statements and record medication adherence which improves safety and aid in the prevention of adverse effects.
As a part of the service Medication Manager partners with a nominated pharmacy to delivered medications to the customer’s home in convenient and safe pre-packaged medication sachets.
